Maria Mosca, owner of the Isernia real estate agency, explains how commitment and passion help overcome difficulties and achieve goals.
How did you start?
In 1998, after completing my studies, I began working as a consultant. I later moved into real estate because I wanted something more solid that would let me make the most of my abilities.
I wanted to join a trustworthy brand that would allow me to work with peace of mind and develop professionally.
We all have a basic motivation. Mine was simple: I did not want to spend eight hours behind a desk. I wanted contact with people, relationships and independence. Rather than simply clocking in, I wanted to put my efforts at others’ service.
Joining Bonifazi Group gave me exactly that. Helping each client find the right home brings a satisfaction that rewards every effort and makes this work special.
Of course, I also want to grow financially and professionally, while retaining a high degree of independence and the chance to develop my skills.
What are your goals?
My aim is to continue working to the best of my ability and build a skilled, motivated team. Future plans include opening a new agency in Campobasso to strengthen our local presence further.
I want to grow step by step until I reach the highest levels of this profession. Real estate brings new challenges, opportunities and rewards every day, both personally and professionally. It is a journey of rewarding surprises and major achievements.
What is Bonifazi Group’s secret?
The ability to look ahead. A vision extending beyond the present means anticipating market changes, recognising opportunities and pursuing increasingly ambitious goals.
How important is training?
Extremely important: it is the foundation of success. At Bonifazi Group, training and following the operational method have also made a difference in my private life. A positive mindset and regular attendance at courses have helped me grow and improve my self-esteem.
And friendship?
Friendship is a fundamental value. It is a guiding thread that helps you navigate an evolving market with confidence, knowing there will always be people ready to lend a hand.
Is a close-knit group important?
It means everything. Mutual trust is decisive in every area of life. Without a stable, united team you get nowhere; peace of mind and transparency are the basis of every relationship. A good team lets you give your best at work.
What advice would you give a young person starting as an estate agent today?
Keep an open mind, set clear goals and study consistently. Becoming a good agent requires preparation, determination and a strong desire to grow.
At the same time, remain humble. In this profession, as in life, you never stop learning. Those who think they have arrived have probably stopped questioning themselves.
Humility gives you wings, but you also need determination and plenty of study.
How do you see your future?
Positively, full of opportunities and surprises. Even in difficult markets, agents can make a difference by meeting challenges with expertise, commitment and initiative.
I am optimistic, and I believe optimism drives you to give your best.
That way, the future is in your hands.
