Our interview with Simone Di Marco offers an authentic insight into a career built on determination, curiosity and a strong desire for personal growth. Now the owner of a Bonifazi agency in Vasto, Simone explains that entering real estate was not something he had planned from the outset. Rather, an almost chance encounter introduced him to what would become his path. At nineteen, like many young people, he was still exploring and had no clear idea of his future.
He sent out several CVs without a precise objective, but with a willingness to challenge himself. His first professional opportunity came at an agency in Isernia. The six years he spent there proved fundamental: they taught him the technical foundations of the job and introduced him to a world that fascinated him immediately.
What struck him most was direct contact with people. Simone quickly realised how much he enjoyed listening, understanding, building relationships with clients and colleagues, learning their stories and supporting them through important decisions.
This human dimension was the driving force behind his passion. During those years, experienced professionals guided, trained and supported him, making a major contribution to his development. The experience taught him an important lesson: set clear goals and work consistently to achieve them.
His goals evolved and grew stronger. Initially he wanted to learn and develop solid skills; over the years a bigger ambition emerged: opening his own agency.
Simone admits that not everyone shared this vision. Some thought his plans were too bold or even presumptuous.
He did not let this discourage him.
He continued to believe in his abilities and work with determination, keeping his goal firmly in view.
A significant stage was the two years he spent at the Roccaraso agency, working with professionals who would later join him in his new business venture. This experience led to the concrete idea of opening an agency together in Vasto. Simone publicly thanks Enrico Taglienti and Danilo Lucci, who believed in his potential and trusted him. The mutual respect and collaboration they developed were decisive in turning a dream into reality.
Today he looks ahead with the same enthusiasm, measured approach and vision. He works step by step, consolidating each achievement before moving on. His immediate aim is to grow and establish the Vasto agency, building a strong, lasting local reputation. Looking further ahead, he would also like to open a second office in another area and expand the business.
Simone is proud of the path he has taken. His satisfaction comes not only from professional results, but also from his personal growth. Every experience, difficulty and achievement helped shape the professional he is today. His message to newcomers is clear: never lose the enjoyment of your work. Although this is a serious, demanding profession with daily responsibilities and challenges, approaching it with a positive outlook matters. Enjoying the work, staying consistent and determined, and accepting difficulties as part of the journey make a difference over time.
