Interview with the Manager of Bonifazi’s Montesilvano Agency

Daniele Comparetti began his real estate career around seven years ago, seeking a profession that combined advice, direct relationships, sales skills and a forward-looking career path.

His choice was not accidental. He already had substantial experience in commerce and public-facing work, developing interpersonal skills, attention to people’s needs, commercial awareness and a strong ability to listen.

Real estate offered a way to combine these abilities into an increasingly specialised profession. Selling is only part of the work: advice, understanding customers’ needs and supporting an important decision about a home are central.

Daily contact with people is among the aspects he finds most stimulating. Each client brings different needs, expectations and plans, requiring listening, preparation and care in finding the right solution.

After around seven years, real estate connects his commercial background with his desire to keep growing, specialising and facing new challenges, always prioritising human relationships and quality advice.

His first goal is continued professional growth: becoming more skilled, organised and responsive to people’s actual needs. He wants to go beyond the traditional agent’s role, combining professionalism, method and personal connection. For Daniele, the future depends on staying closer to clients, understanding them and supporting them carefully throughout the process.

He also wants to help develop a new type of estate agent, better aligned with changes in the market and society: less tied to formalities and traditional frameworks, yet even more prepared, reliable and organised.

His aim is to keep evolving and consolidate a recognisable working method around three essentials: relationships, high-quality advice and professional adaptability.

He particularly thanks Enrico Taglienti, who gave him opportunities to grow, challenge himself and look ahead with confidence, and Ilaria Capparella, a true professional companion with whom he has built trust, collaboration and shared goals.

Enrico and Ilaria are the people with whom he began this new chapter in Montesilvano, an important opportunity for growth and development.

He also thanks the entire Bonifazi franchise for the tools, training and opportunities that helped build and consolidate his career.

Beyond work, he thanks those close to him personally, particularly his partner Lisa, who believes strongly in his projects and abilities and supports his decisions and ambitions.

Special thanks go to his father, a fundamental influence on his personal and professional development. He taught Daniele the foundations of commerce: relationships, listening, seriousness and building trust. These lessons remain indispensable and helped him understand the direction he wanted to take.

Looking ahead, Daniele believes continued specialisation and a modern interpretation of real estate—what he calls “real estate 2.0”—are essential. Technology, innovation and digital tools are increasingly important in agents’ daily work.

But this evolution must not distance professionals from people. In an increasingly technological environment, personal relationships, listening and advice become even more distinctive.

His vision is of an agent making the most of innovation while retaining authenticity, presence and care for clients. Technology and relationships should advance together, making the service more effective, comprehensive and contemporary.

He is shaping his own professional identity around this idea: an evolved, prepared agent adapting to market changes while keeping people at the centre.

His future goal is to keep growing, achieve increasingly important results and offer a service ready not only to follow changes, but to meet tomorrow’s property needs.
