Tamara Natalizi: from coaching on the court to leading an agency.

Some careers begin with a dream; others take shape almost by chance. Tamara’s path to becoming Team Manager at Bonifazi’s Perugia Elce agency began through serendipity. It was an unplanned but deeply desired change that gradually became a true vocation.
This is how Tamara entered real estate, leaving behind a long career as a volleyball coach. She loved sport and coaching was part of her identity, but she felt a strong need for change: she wanted something more stimulating, offering fresh challenges and rewards. She was looking for more than a job; she wanted to put herself to the test in a completely new field.
Her first encounter with real estate was far from easy. The initial impact was considerable: an entirely different environment, unfamiliar working practices and the need to learn quickly. But Tamara did not back away.
Instead, she faced every challenge with determination, adaptability and a strong willingness to learn.
Over time, she came to appreciate the profession more and more, not only for its opportunities but for the human contact, the variety of each day and the real chance to help people at important moments in their lives. Her connection with Bonifazi also grew: from the beginning, she identified with the company’s values, approach and vision.
Today Tamara is Team Manager at Bonifazi’s Perugia Elce agency, a highly responsible position she approaches with enthusiasm, balance and passion. She understands the commitment it requires, as well as the considerable personal and professional satisfaction it can bring.
Her short-term goals are clear: to strengthen her role as Team Manager and build a strong, united and efficient team that works together and achieves tangible results. Looking further ahead, opening an agency of her own—or perhaps more than one—is a real ambition, driven by her desire to grow, learn and lead. Tamara knows no goal is achieved alone. She thanks Andrea Palombi, who first recognised her potential and placed his trust in her, and all the colleagues she has worked with and learned from over the years. She gives special thanks to Diego Stasi, a key figure who accelerated her development, and to Giorgia, her colleague and friend, who now works alongside her and Paola in Elce to build a young, dynamic and competitive all-female team.
Tamara’s story is that of a woman who reinvented herself, embraced change and turned it into a major opportunity.
